一、崗位職責(zé): 1. Monitors competitor’s activities and assists in marketing intelligence. 關(guān)注競爭對手的活動并協(xié)助了解市場動態(tài)。
2. Refers sales leads to appropriate personnel within the Hotels Group. 將銷售線索提供給酒店集團(tuán)內(nèi)適合人員。
3. Sells to new, existing and prospective customers considering goals set forth in the sales strategy, negotiating optimum rate for the benefit of the business. 根據(jù)在銷售策略中既定目標(biāo),向新的、現(xiàn)有的、和有可能的客戶進(jìn)行銷售,并與其談判商定最適合 的價(jià)格以爭取最大的利潤。
4. Services existing business through management of account bases. 通過客戶管理,向現(xiàn)有的客戶提供服務(wù)。
5. Sell all facets of the hotel. 銷售酒店的所有服務(wù)和設(shè)施。 6. Develop and maintain a regular pattern of sales calls, meeting with principals of target market.. 設(shè)立和保持定期銷售拜訪模式,與目標(biāo)市場的主要人物會面。
7. Provides direction on, and conducts market research and analysis. 提供政策導(dǎo)向,并進(jìn)行市場調(diào)研和分析。
二、崗位要求: 1. Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company. 能有效與顧客、合作人或第三方溝通,展示酒店、品牌及公司的高素質(zhì)。
2. Possesses work ethics that exude the ability to meet deadlines and commitments. 具備高度的工作積極性并能在指定時間內(nèi)完成上級制定的或自己承諾的工作任務(wù)。
3. Possesses work ethics that exude the setting of high performance standards and pursues aggressive goals. 具備高度的工作積極性并始終能為自己制定較高的工作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及銷售指標(biāo)。
4. Persuasion skill 說服能力。
5. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Property Management System. 熟練使用微軟辦公軟件及酒店管理系統(tǒng)。
6. Good writing skills. 良好的寫作能力。
7. Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. . 市場營銷、酒店管理、工商管理或相關(guān)專業(yè)的大?;虮究茖W(xué)歷。
8. 2 Years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 2年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),或與此相當(dāng)?shù)慕逃凸ぷ鹘?jīng)驗(yàn)結(jié)合的背景
